Delivery times

Shipments will be delivered within 2 working days.

Delivery of the order will be made at the address indicated at the time of purchase by our logistics providers, except if no one is in your home or that due to the characteristics of the property or the volume or weight of the order, delivery is impossible. In that case, do not worry, as our supplier will leave a notice or contact you to coordinate the day and time of delivery, thus solving any problem that may occur.

Where can I receive my order?

Edelweiss Beauty makes deliveries to any country within the European UE. Therefore, you can choose any shipping address within these geographical limitations. In addition, when you place your order we will always confirm by e-mail the purchase confirmation, so you can check that the shipping information is correct.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We do not currently have this service, so please indicate the correct address in the order. In case of any errors please call us at +34 931 426 153 as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

In your client menu you have access to order history.

How can I check my on-going orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you will be provided with access to the shipping tracking platform.

Can I return a product?

Edelweiss Beauty has a flexible return policy. This means that in case your product is damaged or defective, you can return it with ease and Edelweiss Beauty will pay the shipping costs of the return and delivery of a new product whether it is from the Same reference, as if you want to change it for a substitute product.

In addition, even if you receive your order in perfect condition, you can change or return any product if you are not satisfied with the purchase. However, in order for the return to be accepted by Edelweiss Beauty, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days from the date the Customer receives the order.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging. In case the product is wrapped

When you return a product, you can choose:

  • Reimbursement of amount paid
  • Request to be sent back the same reference (in cases of returning the product for being damaged or in poor condition)
  • Request a replacement product. (In the latter case, you must pay the difference if the new product has a higher amount than the one returned.) If the new product has a lower amount, Edelweiss Beauty will pay the difference. > Edelweiss Beauty , make refunds within 14 business days of receipt of the returned products by the customer.

Do I have to pay the return charges?

If you have received the order with any or all of the damaged or defective products, you will NOT have to pay the return charges. In addition, if you request that the same purchased product be returned and that it is damaged or defective or, instead, you prefer to change reference, this new delivery will also be handled by Edelweiss Beauty.

Edelweiss Beauty also allows you to return the products even if you have received them in perfect condition. This can happen because you finally do not want the product, you do not like it or you just have changed your mind. However, in this case you will have to pay the shipping costs. If you choose to receive a replacement product, you will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Is it possible that I do not receive my package? Why?

There are two main reasons why you did not get the package you purchased:

  • Wrong address: Check that the address you entered was correct, as it is possible that they received your order in the wrong direction.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Our logistics providers make up to three delivery attempts. In the event that after three attempts to deliver the order, do not service the supplier, the order may be returned.

What about undelivered packages?

When an order can not be delivered for reasons other than Edelweiss Beauty, we will receive your package back. We will then proceed to return the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days of receipt, less costs incurred for shipment and return of the package.
